CORAALI – Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
To ensure a safe and hygienic experience for our customers, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
For Cosmetics (Lipstick, Lipgloss, Eyeliner, etc.):
Returns are accepted ONLY IF:
The product is damaged, leaking, or broken at the time of delivery
The wrong product/color/shade was delivered
The product received is expired or close to expiry
Cosmetics cannot be returned if used, opened, or tested due to hygiene reasons.

2. Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery
After 3 days, returns/refunds cannot be processed

3. Refund Method
Refund is processed through:
Original payment mode, or

Store credit (valid for 6 months)
Refunds are issued only after:
The product is picked up
Quality check is completed
Refund process takes 4–7 working days after pickup.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Used cosmetics
Products purchased during flash sales / discounted sale
Free gifts / promotional items

6. Exchange Policy
Cosmetics cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
